Who we are

Pakuranga Chinese Baptist Church (PCBC) began in 1992 as a group of migrant families from Hong Kong. In God’s kindness and grace, we’re now a church family of over 300 adults and children spread across Cantonese and English-speaking services. We’re part of the Baptist Churches of New Zealand, and also pray for and encourage other Chinese and immigrant churches in East Auckland and beyond.

 

While our heritage is Chinese, our members have roots and connections to Hong Kong, Mainland China and Taiwan, Malaysia, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, Germany, New Zealand and Australia. We welcome people of all backgrounds who long to know Jesus.
